Anticoagulants - Interactions to be aware of

Today I read that if you are taking Anticoagulants, such as warfarin/Coumadin and Panwarfin, you should watch your vitamin K intake.  Vitamin K produce blood-clotting substances.  Foods that are rich in vitamin K include:
Anticoagulants, Antiplatelets, and Thrombolytics (Methods in Molecular Medicine) Brussels sprouts, potatoes, cauliflower, vegetable oil , spinach,and egg yolk.
