Today I read a great tip about alternate uses for your dishwasher. It seems that it's a great way to 
make short work of cleaning your child's plastic toys (ones without batteries, of course). Just put them in the trays, load up on detergent, and wash! (Note: It might be best not to use the "heat dry" cycle. You wouldn't want any of the plastic to warp!)
